About MeI am a qualified, experienced therapeutic counsellor with extensive training in counselling and psychotherapy.
I have experience working successfully with clients for 16 years on a number of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, self-esteem and confidence. I have worked in agency, education and private practice at home and abroad. I draw on humanistic (person centred and particularly Gestalt therapy) and psychoanalytic theories where relevant, and am a regular attendee at mindfulness and meditation retreats. I run an independent counselling practice offering short-term therapy online via Zoom.
